Mentors are recommended by development area, experience and goal, and the reason for each recommendation is written down.
Meetings with ready-made agendas land in the calendar, and a pair that goes quiet shows up right away.
The difficult conversation happens in rehearsal first; the coach tells you what went well and what was missing.
Participants and non-participants are compared on retention, promotion and competencies.
Mentor360 is the platform that runs an organization's mentoring programs from start to finish: it recommends the right mentor with the reasons, places meetings in both calendars at once, gives every session an agenda and reports the result in the language of leadership. It works with Outlook, Teams, Google and Zoom. A program assistant takes on the coordination, but never takes a step without your approval.
Mentor360 scores candidates by your rules and writes down why. You review and approve.
Meetings are scheduled at the start of the cohort; a pair that goes quiet gets reminders and support automatically.
Participation, meetings and growth are tracked throughout the cohort. When leadership asks, the one-page report is already waiting.
The 360 in Mentor360's name is a journey that starts with measurement and ends with proof, every cohort. Scroll, and let's tour the islands together.

A 360 assessment and a goals survey show us the competencies each mentee needs to grow. Like a lighthouse: first you know where you stand.
Mentors are recommended by development area, experience and goal, and every recommendation comes with written reasons. You make the final call.
With ready-made session agendas, calendar invites and reminders, meetings keep moving. A pair that goes quiet shows up right away.
Before a difficult conversation, an AI coach plays the other person, then tells you what went well and what was missing.
Participants and non-participants are compared on retention, promotion and competency growth; the end-of-cohort report fits on one page.
One cohort's proof becomes the next cohort's measurement. The bridges get a little stronger every cohort.
How many pairs are matched, who meets regularly, who has gone quiet? Every week, Mentor360 turns all of this into a single score and one short suggested action.
The usual wayWith Mentor360
The usual way: People get paired with whoever they happen to know.
With Mentor360: Every pair is recommended with its reasons; the final call stays with the program manager.
The usual way: New joiners spend their first weeks figuring things out alone.
With Mentor360: A buddy and a checklist spread over 90 days are ready from day one.
The usual way: Meetings start as a well-meaning chat and drift.
With Mentor360: Every session opens with a prep question and closes with a two-line commitment.
The usual way: Emails go back and forth for days to find a time.
With Mentor360: Outlook and Google calendars are read; the Teams, Zoom or Meet link comes with the invite.
The usual way: Leadership only hears how many meetings took place.
With Mentor360: Every week, leadership sees the Program Pulse and progress on goals on one page.
The usual way: IT approval sits in a questionnaire for months.
With Mentor360: Single sign-on, the privacy notice and where data is stored are documented from the start.
You set how much each rule counts. Mentor360 scores the candidates and spells out why it recommends them. The screen cycles on its own; change the rules yourself if you like.
People and scores are examples.
Tap a stop, or watch the screen move ahead on its own.
The mentor picks who to meet and how often, once; every meeting of the cohort lands in a slot when both sides are free. If another meeting clashes, the session finds itself a new slot.
Set your program's rhythmThe weeks between meetings are not wasted. With one tap the mentor sends a balance wheel, a values exercise or a goal card; the mentee fills it in at their own pace, and the result is ready for the next session.
Try the free toolsThe participant rates their goal on a five-step scale at the start, midpoint and end, and again 90 days later; the mentor adds their own view. When the two views differ, the next conversation topic appears on its own.
Guide to measuring impactMentors move along a path of short modules: listening, asking questions, giving feedback, handling difficult moments. At the end of the path is a shareable Certified Mentor certificate.

Request a quoteA mentor is an experienced colleague who has walked the same path and passes on knowledge and experience. A coach asks questions that help the person find their own solution. Mentor360 was built so you can use both together.
On the Free plan you can start with up to 10 participants, with no time limit; most organizations begin with one department or one group of managers.
Nothing on its own. It suggests pairs and shows its reasons, prepares drafts and plays the other person in rehearsals. Every change is applied only with approval and is logged.
Data is processed in line with KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law; the hosting location, data processing agreement and answers to security questions are shared in writing during the proposal process. Personal data is never used to train AI models.
In the first release, the employee list is imported via Excel or CSV. Integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Kolay İK and Logo (HR systems used in Türkiye) are on the roadmap.
